Thank you for attending
IMA CC's Spring Education Session
How Appreciation Drives Performance
By OC Tanner's Scott Christopher
The Incentive Marketing Association
Canada Council would like to thank everyone who attended our Spring Education Session at the International Centre in February. We had a fantastic turnout with a great cross section of the industry in attendance. Whether you were a manager or an employee in the audience we hope that you could take away some ideas from Scott to help you implement more employee engagement in your own companies.
We hope everyone enjoyed their morning of food, friends and facts. Since all in attendance received a copy of the bestselling book The Carrot Principle we are sure you will be able to use its findings and actual case studies to help to continue to motivate your teams.
Scott's unique ability to make us laugh while helping us learn kept the audience energized throughout the presentation. His encouragement of audience participation kept the atmosphere light and his use of the Carrot Principle studies had everyone thinking. One comment seen over and over again on our evaluation forms was how much everyone enjoyed the real life case study videos. What a fantastic way to emphasize how important it is to do recognition right.
